yyyyph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and yyyyph ("yyyyph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at yyyyph.org. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by yyyyph — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, sabong, and arcade games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the yyyyph platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from yyyyph or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.

yyyyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on yyyyph, you must complete the account registration process and pass Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

3.1 KYC Documentation

yyyyph is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID)

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on yyyyph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's credentials — is strictly prohibited. yyyyph employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances across all accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any detail changes — particularly your registered mobile number or linked payment method — you must update your account promptly. yyyyph is not liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yyyyph Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. yyyyph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your yyyyph account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Notify yyyyph customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

yyyyph shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of funds, bonuses, or winnings — arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Where unauthorized access is suspected, yyyyph may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

yyyyph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at yyyyph is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may have lower deposit limits applied until verification is complete.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at yyyyph are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on yyyyph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). yyyyph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any foreign currency transactions are converted at the prevailing rate determined by the relevant payment processor.

Each game category available on yyyyph — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, sabong, Tower, Insect Master, and arcade games — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface or relevant game information page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics.

6.1 Fair Play

yyyyph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its virtual games and partners with regulated live dealer studios for its table games. All game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on yyyyph. Bet limits are displayed within each game or market. yyyyph reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected, particularly in sportsbook markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the game experiences a verifiable technical failure; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; or the odds or game parameters were published in material error. Void bet decisions made by yyyyph in accordance with these Terms are final.

yyyyph offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general bonus rules.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Promotional offers may be restricted to new players, players in specific regions, or players who have not previously claimed a similar offer. yyyyph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: yyyyph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts, or wagering on excluded games to fulfill requirements. Confirmed abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Withdrawal of Deposit: Where a bonus has been accepted alongside a deposit, the original deposit may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been completed, unless the player forfeits the bonus amount first.

yyyyph reserves the right to modify, cancel, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have commenced wagering under the original promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yyyyph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating more than one yyyyph account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party without express authorization from yyyyph.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using software tools, automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in game logic — including reporting discovered exploits and continuing to exploit them before they are patched.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or tournament game formats.
• Charging back deposits made via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfers after wagering the deposited funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yyyyph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the yyyyph platform — including but not limited to the yyyyph brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software code, marketing materials, promotional text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of yyyyph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the yyyyph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any yyyyph content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the yyyyph platform.
• Use the yyyyph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the yyyyph platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of yyyyph intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game providers whose content appears on yyyyph retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games and software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyyyph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yyyyph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yyyyph expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure for breach.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond yyyyph's reasonable control, including internet service outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where yyyyph was not responsible for the security breach.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit yyyyph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

yyyyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a linked payment method.
• At the request of a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or PAGCOR.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-account activity.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, yyyyph may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

You may close your yyyyph account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes exist.

yyyyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at yyyyph.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to your use of yyyyph include:

• Identity and KYC documents are retained in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years as required by applicable law.
• yyyyph may share your data with PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory bodies as required by law or its licensing conditions.
• Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and may be opted out of at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your continued use of the yyyyph platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and, if desired, close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. yyyyph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the yyyyph platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting yyyyph customer support. yyyyph will endeavor to address all genuine complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter. Disputes relating to yyyyph's PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. All other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
